GrowKitchen CKaaS · Kitchens & Coverage

Where we cook for your brand.

GrowKitchen CKaaS gives you access to ready cloud kitchens across Mumbai, Pune, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Each hub is mapped to specific pin codes, order volumes and cuisine strengths — so your brand doesn’t just “list”, it actually performs.

Use this page as a deck slide in pitches and investor meetings to show:
1) where your brand can go live, and 2) what kind of numbers existing brands are already seeing.

📍 6+ active hubs across 2 cities
📦 Day-part & cuisine-based zoning
Engineered for 60–140 orders/day
📊 Built on ≤ 20–25% RM playbook
Numbers shown here are sample planning ranges – we tune each hub based on your cuisine, price point and brand.

How to read this page

Think of this as your “Can we make this brand work in this city?” slide. First, check if the pin codes you care about are in our coverage list. Then, look at case studies to see what kind of orders/day and AOV shifts are realistic.

Tip for founders & investors

In a pitch, pair this page with your brand deck: one slide for your story, one slide for this infra map, and one slide for numbers.

Kitchens & Coverage

We’re currently live across Mumbai, Pune, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Each hub is designed for specific pin codes, delivery radiuses and target order volumes — not just a random dot on the map.

Coverage map (deck-friendly)

In your presentation, this section becomes a single visual slide:
– Left side: a static map or Google Map screenshot with all hubs highlighted.
– Right side: 3–4 bullet points summarising zones and capacity.

Key hubs today: Mahim & Bhandup in Mumbai, Kothrud, Wadgaon Sheri & Sukrawar Peth in Pune, plus Ghodbunder belt (Thane) and Vashi (Navi Mumbai).

Deck tip: replace this card with a screenshot of your own Google My Maps layer showing all CKaaS hubs with your brand logo pinned on top.

Request a new zone

Want to launch in a pin code that’s not live yet? Tell us:
– The zone / neighbourhood
– Your cuisine & price point
– Your ideal launch date
We check kitchen availability, day-part load and potential to open a new hub if the numbers justify it.

Many of our best hubs started as founder requests. If 2–3 brands align on a zone, we can spin up a new CKaaS kitchen much faster.

Case Studies

Real brands, real numbers. These are pre/post snapshots so you can see how CKaaS impacts orders, average order value (AOV) and payback timelines.

Pune · Multi-hub rollout

Sugoi Ramen – Pune expansion

Started as a single-location ramen brand and used CKaaS hubs to expand across Pune without opening new kitchens from scratch.

Orders/day: 25 → 90 AOV: ₹410 → ₹540 Cities: 1 → 3 Payback: ~4 months

CKaaS allowed them to test ramen in new neighbourhoods, then double-down on the best performing hubs.

Youth clusters · High-frequency

Hot Dog Harbour – Youth zones

Designed as a delivery-first hotdog brand for student + office clusters. Launch strategy was built around late-evening and weekend peaks.

Launch → 50+ orders/day: 45 days Brands per hub: 3 Subscription share: ~60% of revenue RM% kept within ≤ 20–25%

By stacking multiple youth-focused brands in the same hub, CKaaS kept staff, prep and RM highly optimised.

Health-first · Repeat heavy

Salad & Fruit Bowls – Mixed zones

A health-focused bowl brand using CKaaS to serve both corporate and residential catchments in Bhandup, Mahim and Vashi.

Repeat rate: 35–45% in 90 days Average tickets: 1.4–1.8 SKUs/order Corporate share: ~25% of monthly revenue AOV lift: +₹80–₹120 via combos

CKaaS helped balance aggregator volumes with corporate tray orders, stabilising revenue across weekdays.

How to use these in your deck: pick the case that’s closest to your cuisine or price point, and position it as “what a realistic next 6–12 months could look like” if your brand plugs into the same infrastructure.

Want to see if your pin code is a fit?

Share your brand, cuisine, target pin codes and launch timeline. We’ll map you to the right CKaaS kitchens (or explore opening a new hub if the numbers make sense).

No hard sell. Just a practical conversation around math, capacity and whether CKaaS is the right step for your brand right now.
