A few quick answers founders usually want before blocking a slot for this month.

That’s the CKaaS base fee per kitchen — covering infra, staff and licences. Like any delivery brand, you’ll still have: raw material cost, packaging, platform commissions and your own marketing budgets. We’ll help you design a simple P&L so these numbers make sense together.
If your menu and brand are ready, 7–14 days is realistic for zones where we already have infra. New zones may take longer depending on demand and kitchen availability. During that time, we align recipes, train staff and prepare your aggregator listings.
Yes, but we usually recommend starting with 1–2 hubs, stabilising unit economics and ratings, and then copy-pasting the winning playbook into more hubs across Mumbai, Pune, Thane and Navi Mumbai. Scale is easier when one kitchen is already working well.
We’ll look at ticket size, demand pockets and time-of-day demand for your format. If risk is too high, we’ll suggest safer versions of the concept or hybrid menus that protect your downside while still keeping your brand identity intact.
You do. CKaaS is infra, not a franchise. You own the IP, brand story and long-term customer relationship. Our role is to provide a reliable kitchen engine and ops backbone that can grow with you.
100%. We encourage in-person visits. You’ll see the setup, meet the team and understand how your brand would plug into the ecosystem. Many founders decide after walking the floor and seeing how multiple brands run from the same hub.
