Sugoi Ramen – Pune expansion
Started as a single-location ramen brand and used CKaaS hubs to expand across Pune without opening new kitchens from scratch.
CKaaS allowed them to test ramen in new neighbourhoods, then double-down on the best performing hubs.
Hot Dog Harbour – Youth zones
Designed as a delivery-first hotdog brand for student + office clusters. Launch strategy was built around late-evening and weekend peaks.
By stacking multiple youth-focused brands in the same hub, CKaaS kept staff, prep and RM highly optimised.
Salad & Fruit Bowls – Mixed zones
A health-focused bowl brand using CKaaS to serve both corporate and residential catchments in Bhandup, Mahim and Vashi.
CKaaS helped balance aggregator volumes with corporate tray orders, stabilising revenue across weekdays.
